All True Men is the premier leadership program designed by the Theta Xi National Fraternity. Members of All True Men chapters will strive at all times to be men of character who seek the truth in all undertakings and are committed to justice in their treatment of others. Furthermore, all chapter members will strive to recognize the pure essence of what is right over what is expedient, and they will demonstrate the ability to unite men in acknowledgment of our responsibilities to ourselves, to each other and to the fraternity. It is a lifetime quest for All True Men.
Chapters that are accepted into the program are required to sign a contract that demonstrates its commitment to uphold the program's new standards. These standards include:
- Complete dedication to academic excellence; maintaining an average chapter GPA of .2 above the campus all-men's average and hosting annual academic success workshops for chapter members.
- Mandatory standards that 50% of Chapter Members participate in a form of leadership around the community.
- Provide various workshops on various subject areas including academic success, financial responsibility, and personal health.
- Commitment to providing and encouraging leadership opportunities for chapter members.
- Modeling fiscal responsibility and integrity in the business world.
- Upholding a strong understanding of personal health issues and stress management.
In addition to being held to a higher standard than most Theta Xi Chapters, All True Men Chapters receive additional and special support from the national fraternity. For example, as an All True Men Chapter Alpha Epsilon will be able to send two members free of charge to Rising Stars Academy and will receive additional monetary support for the scholarship programs from the national fraternity.
On March 1st, 2008 the Men of Alpha Epsilon Chapter were obligated by Jon Luning, the National President of Theta Xi, to live up to the ideas of All True Men. This has made Alpha Epsilon only the sixth chapter to be granted All True Men status by the Theta Xi National Headquarters.
